“Oh boy, where to start? Coming from a legendary winemaker in Loire Valley, this is his flagship wine. Even though it is 100% Chenin Blanc, but it gives you such intense and complex aromas of chamomile, apple cider, lanolin, hint of white lily. On the palate, it is like fireworks of lime, bruised pineapple, hint of nuts and dried herbs. A wine that talks to you on the table. Mind blowing!”
